"If you get stuck draw it with a different pen"
Here comes a new "recommended reading" - a book that delivers a great perspective on marketing & communication, topics that are important for all start-ups.
"IT'S NOT HOW GOOD YOU ARE, IT'S HOW GOOD YOU WANT TO BE"
Paul Arden, the author, creative genius and the man behind Britain's most successful advertising campaigns. Mr Arden has worked with British Airways, Toyota, Fuji, Intercity etc with campaigns such as "The car in front is a Toyota" & "The Independent - It is. Are you?". Paul went to Saatchi & Saatchi in 1977 and worked there for 15 years. He now runs his own company - Arden Sutherland-Dodd.
A quotation from Paul's book:
"Start being wrong and suddenly anything is possible. Risks are a measure of people. People who won't take them are trying to preserve what they have. People who do take them often end up having more. Some risks have a future, and some people call them wrong. but being right may be like walking backwards proving where you've been. Being wrong isn't the future, or in the past. Being wrong isn't anywhere but being here. Best place to be, eh?"
Go ahead "give yourself some spin" it is good reading for any entrepreneur.
